This unfiltered wheat style combines a spicy hop finish with bready malts for a truly unique, savory flavor. Refreshingly smooth and well-balanced.

Cloudy yellow in color. Not much head. Very much a Pilsner like taste and nose and feel. Decent wheat pale ale. I would have listed this as a pilsner though.

I had this as part of a flight after volunteering @ the Cincinnati Beerfest. But I've never really been impressed with this one. It doesn't taste like much of anything to me.

Kentucky Farmhand pours a yellow color, with a very large, lacing head. Earthy, farm like aroma. Flavor is strong, very creamy, lots of wheat, hints of earth and banana to finish. Good body and feel. Overall, very tasty, lots of flavors, creamy, and a hint of sweetness.

Pours a hazy orange with a white head that leaves some nice lace.
Smells of toasted oat malt bread citrus hops and floral earthiness.
Taste is whole wheat bread, with bright citrus - orange and lemon, backed by floral, earthy hops.

L) Pours an effervescent straw color, with a healthy white head.
S) Smells of straw and a smidgen of banana. Not super strong.
T) Honestly, if I was told this was a pilsner, I would not have questioned it. There is not much taste there for an american pale wheat. Again, you get straw, and a slight sweetness from the malt. The banana is there in trace amounts, but it's all so thin. Not much hop presence, just some slight bittering at the very end that doesn't linger.
F) It has a medium high carbonation which is quite refreshing. For a wheat though, it should have more mouth-feel. It drinks like a pilsner as well.
O) I would have rated this higher if it was a wheated lager, but for a pale wheat, it is missing some components.
