12oz can PKGD ON 01/13/25 (read as 10/13/25 to me or I wouldn't have purchased an 11 month old IPA. Very bright light amber with abundant khaki head. Aroma is oxidized caramel malt with fading pine. The taste is semisweet oxidized caramel malt with earthy and piney hop flavor. Moderate bitterness. Seems well made, and I would try again fresher.

Clear, golden body; fine bubbled carbonation; thick, frothy and sticky head, white and lasting; stringy, patchy fingers of foam inside the glass. Very pleasant nose, primarily light cereal grain with a slight infusion of hop spiciness; dehydrated berries. Clean taste; gentle toasted malt base; moderate note of hop bitterness; nice combination hop flavor of spiciness and mild tropical fruit; light peppery sensation. Medium body; crisp.
Overall, this is a nicely crafted American India pale ale. It is balanced, clean and crisp on the palate, and easy drinking.
ABV: 6.5%; pouring temperature: 39 °F; canning info: 04/29/24

Copper in color with white head with great lacing. Nose is piney and slightly citrusy. Taste is line and comes with a good amount of bitterness. Good ipa

Single bottle from the brewery.
Pours a slight hazy medium amber with a thin white head, fair retention.
Fruity smell, I am picking up mango...
Citrus notes and hop flavor.
Subtle bitterness on the finish.

Very average, flat, and uninspired. Little disappointing given the excitement I had when finding this previously unknown local brewer's product at my local growler stop. C'mon guys, you can do better!

L) Pours an ever so slightly hazy honey color. It has an ever so small white head with decent retention and decent lacing.
S) It smells of juicy grapefruit and citrus zest. Light caramels can be noted rounding out the profile.
T) Everything in the aroma is in the taste, with a noticeable amount of pinyness that wasn't super strong in the nose. Well-balanced, and this IPA lingers on the tongue, but not too long.
F) Medium carbonation. Would prefer slightly more carbonation and a bit more mouthfeel.
O) Solid IPA, great with supper.
