Amber color with a caramel nose. Abv is too strong on taste for a helles in my opinion. Flavor is overpowered by high Alcohol. Not a fan of this beer.

Wow what a tasty beer fruity malty bready with a mild hop bite that balances such a high ABV. Not sure if it will be brewed again but I would love to drink it again. Tasty stuff!

Pours a dark caramel-orange with a near clear transparency, only obscured by a very light haze. Head is two fingers of off-white foam. Aroma is caramel, brown sugar, and toffee with bready, light earthy malts underneath. It has a very light clove note, but is otherwise mild. Flavor profile is bready, caramelly, light earthy malts with some spicy and grassy hops just beyond. Clove hits softly at the finish. Mouth feel is lightly crisp, which matches up with the flavor profile really well. It has a very thin effervescence, and a medium-thin viscosity. Overall, refreshing, crisp, and thoughtful without being overly stated. Enjoying the balance here.

Enjoyed straight from the brewery in a growler and poured into a fine pint glass
from the brewery itself. This fine helles bock pours a brilliantly clear light amber
with a modest head of white foam that dissipates quickly to a thin ring with little
lacing. Nose of fresh breaded malts, sweet toasted malts, and subtle earthy tones.
Flavors exceed the nose and form the perfect balance for the profiles flavor. Caramel
and fresh baked bread mingle nicely with toasted malts and a touch of grain notes
with a subtle herbal hop note and warming toasty alcohol that is perfect for the
transition between winter and a warm summer day. Excellent mouth feel; medium
light body, low carbonation, and a sweet malt and warming booze glow finish.
A true to style brew that is worthy to say the least, especially from such a new brewery.
Check these guys out---they are doing it right!
