From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This solid little brew
pours a dark brownish black with a decent head of
off white foam that settles to a thin ring, light dusty
film, and shows light lacing. Nose of subtle smoked malt,
dark cocoa, and subtle dark coffee. Flavors nail the
nose with coffee and dark cocoa balanced with a
mild smoke and subtle char with touches of
dark fruit showing black and blueberry. Nice
mouth feel; medium full body, smooth, light
carbonation, lightly coating, and finishing subtly
sweet and lightly smoky.
Overall, another solid brew from a great little
brewery!

I had the Mexican Mole brewed with cinnamon and habanero
They balanced it very nicely, nothing is overpowering, quite enjoyable!
