From the 12 oz bottle in a pint glass. This solid mild pours a
medium dark red tinged brown color with a quickly fizzling head of
white foam that settles to a thin ring. Nose of toasted malts, subtle
bourbon, light vanilla, and mellow oak with faint herbal notes. Flavors
pack the punch with mellow bourbon, oak, toasted malts, light nutty malts,
light vanilla, and faint herbal hops. Nice mouth feel on the English side of
things; medium body, low carbonation, and a nicely balanced and well
presented bourbon and malt finish that is not cloying.

Overall----a fantastic brew from a solid brewery!
