Single bottle from the brewery.
Pours an amber brown color with a thin khaki head that dissipates quickly to a thick ring around the glass.
Subtle bourbon aroma.
Distinctive bourbon taste with a sweet finish.
Medium bodied, drinkable.

From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This solid little brew pours
a medium dark brown with thin tea highlights, and a decent
head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin wafting
layer, and sports faint lacing. Nose of bourbon, dark brown
sugar, vanilla, nutty malts, and subtle oak. Flavors follow the
nose nicely with bourbon, oak, vanilla, brown sugars, and
subtle earthy undertones. Perfect mouth feel for an English
brown, faint carbonation, medium body, smooth, and
finishing slightly dry.
Overall, a VERY nice brown ale with an American twist.
Cheers
