From the growler via the brewery. This decent little tripel pours a
clear golden with a decent head of white foam that sizzles to a thin
ring with subtle lacing. Nose of subtle bubble gum, candy sugar,
honey, herbal notes, and subtle floral touches. Flavors lightly exceed the
nose with a well presented soft breaded malt, light bubblegum, candy
sugar, floral honey, subtle cracker, and light herbal hops. Decent
mouthfeel; medium light body, faint carbonation, and finishing lightly
herbal and balanced with sweet candy sugar that is subtly dry.
Overall, a good brew from a great brewery.
