12 ounce bottle, no dating that I could find on there. Big thanks to Brutaltruth for this brew! Served in a snifter, the beer pours a hazy burnt orange color with not quite an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Lots of bourbon and vanilla in the aroma, along with some caramel, honey, and oak. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also the addition of some dark fruit and wheaty/grainy flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. It's a solid overall brew, worth picking up if you come across some.

T - Lightly sweet caramel with a booze and mineral like.

M - Thick and silky with a dry finish and slight warming on the way down.

From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This solid little brew pours a luminous
deep brown tinged amber with a modesty head of white foam that subsides
to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and shows faint lacing. Nose of sweet honey,
sweet bourbon, vanilla, subtle oak, and light herbal notes. Flavors knock
it out of the park. Bourbon to the fore, vanilla, oak, honey, caramel,
sweet wheat bread, and a faint herbal note I can't quite put my finger on....
like anise or clove but very subtle. Nice mouth feel for such a beast; smooth,
warming, sweet without being cloying, well balanced, low carbonation, medium
body, and finishing lightly dry.

An excellent brew, well put together and excellently crafted.

Overall, a stunner in the wheat category!

Visit this brewery, excellent people and great brews!

Cheers!
