From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid little brew pours a ruby
tinged brown with a modest head of off white foam that sizzles to a thin
ring with light lacing. Nose of mellow whiskey, spicy rye, faint
vanilla, caramel / brown sugar, and subtle oak. Flavors follow the
nose nicely with mellow spicy rye whiskey, subtle vanilla, oak, light
brown sugars, and a touch of peach (orchard fruit). Nice mouth
feel; medium body, light carbonation, and a lightly dry finish.
Overall---solid and congrats on 3 years in Ohio!
