Visited the brewery early on and wasn't too impressed, but I always give breweries a second chance to see if they improved. NOw that they can, maybe this will be better. No can date.
Pours a huge foamy frothy 3 finger head that fades at a med-fast pace, then slows, very clear golden orange color, light lacing
Nose light doughy lager malts, a little golden malt batter like, hint of fruity notes and some herbal hops, a little acidity and that tell-tale continued to ferment in the can
Taste brings more of the lager doughy malts, a little pancake batter like with a bit of fruity notes, cereal grain mash, hops bring mild bitterness and a little herbal fruity flavors, very light fruity pebbles, hint of diacetyl I think, a little acidity in there
Mouth is med bod with waaaay too much foamy carbonation, touch of slick diacetyl on the finish, tingly carbonic acid
Overall meh, not that great, I think the base malt was probably OK, hops are hard to get but seem OK, but I think the problem was that it continued to ferment in the can and got way too much carbonation and some diacetyl from it, as well as light fruity esters
