Dark brown with a creamy tan film.
This smells like straight bourbon with cola, it's a little peppery and actually giving off an aroma kind of like it's on a puck of ice, funnily enough.
Ho lee shee it, is this hot on the tongue--spicy bourbon with no balance. The Porter both serves as a showcase to each and every ounce that the barrel could muster, while not being bold enough to hold up as a beer. There's just the faintest Porter element far in the background, but again, it's mostly like a touch of cola.
Feel is relatively smooth, but like liquor, except for a slight round froth and a semi-dry finish.
