Call it a lawnmowing beer, call it a boat beer, call it the easy-goin' sip-o-sunshine that sits just right.
Just don't call it a lager...
American AF is brewed with a kviek yeast strain that mimics some of our favorite lager characteristics. This unique yeast strain, a simple grain bill, and Crystal hops from Cedar Valley Hop Company, produce a clean and presentable beer, one that everyone can agree on.

On tap at the brewery. Deep golden-colored pour, with a white head that settled to a thin cap. Light crackery malt on the nose and palate, with a slight floral overtone. Good carbonation and light in body, with some nice bitterness and a clean and crisp finish. The brewer's notes are spot-on. This is a very good and refreshing beer.
