Bright saturated gold with a thin ring around the edges. Minimal spotty lacing.
Smell is grainy and yeasty, not really acidic. Taste is a little bland and grainy, slight tartness.
Body is thin and a little flabby, needs more lactic crispness and some lemon tartness.
Needs a little tweaking to work.
