Stark black with a mocha foam of decent thickness settling to a thin but creamy ring.
The maple powers over the nose and front palate at Mornin' Delight levels, and I'm not mad about that at all. Cinnamon lightly backs the maple and malt with a lightly dusty, cinnamon sugar toast-like character, while barrel tannin dries and bitters it up impressively well.
Okay Barn Town, I've got my eyes on you.
