We let this Imperial Pastry Stout sit for over a year in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels, then rested the liquid on Toasted Coconut, Toasted Pecan, Lightly Toasted Cacao Nibs, and threw in some German Chocolate Cake, Cake Flavor, and Milk Sugar for good measure.

Glossy black with a short but frothy espresso crema-like head.
Despite having had a year's worth of toasted coconut at Great Taste of the Midwest 2022, I still wasn't burnt out on it enough to not give this beer its laurels. While it expresses loads of well-toasted coconut, it's also supremely chocolatey and quite viscous.
