A thick and sticky stout that we conditioned on cacao nibs and enough toasted coconut to get some of those delicious floaties in every pour.

16 ounce can, looks like the stamp on the bottom says this was canned on OCT 28 2022. Thanks to my buddy Denis for picking this one up on a trip to Iowa a while back! Served in a Spiegelau stout glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with maybe a half inch tan head. Is it still lacing when there's a slight film of coconut floaties stuck on the side of the glass? I like the aroma, the brew smells like dark chocolate, coconut, and roasted malt. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but with the addition of some caramel, coffee and dark bready flavors. Tastes like a slightly boozy Mounds bar, has a sweet, coconutty finish. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's very syrupy and has a low amount of carbonation. Gets to be a little hard to drink after a while because it's so syrupy so I had to knock it points for that. Thought this was a tasty brew, would be great if it was less syrupy feeling. Definitely worth trying though!
