Our classic Grape PB&J gets the barrel aged treatment! Aged in a blend of Russell's Reserve, Oak and Eden, and Templeton Rye whiskey barrels for a total of 33 months, we finished it off with peanuts and concord grape juice.

Deep reddish-purple with a sparsely bubbly pastel red head.
WHAT THE FUCK?! It has all as advertised--peanutty vibes on blast, with jelly characteristics that are maybe only a little more tart and juicy than I'd expect--but holy shit, even some barrel characteristics giving a sort of toasty bread element bringing the sandwich together.
What a mindfuck.

Can pour; color is that of grape juice. Head dissipated immediately. With time, the nose transitions from grape to peanut butter. Peanut butter never becomes more than an also-ran in the flavor department. Can't say I get any of the bread notes. The extended barrel time gives it a feeling of a cocktail, but there's no real spirit/barrel notes here that I can taste/smell.
