We brewed a rich, chocolatey stout and let it condition on cacao nibs, raw coconut and pecans. The resulting Pastry Stout is full bodied with all of the flavors you would expect in a big ol' slice of German Chocolate Cake. Aromas of dark chocolate, coconut and espresso on the nose with warm and toasty pecan and cake on the finish.
