We brewed a thick, luscious stout base and then rested it on roasted walnuts, cacao nibs and marshmallow to make dessert in a glass. Rich notes of dark chocolate, fluffy marshmallow and nuts make for the perfect anniversary treat.

2026 can pour - metallic notes dominated for the longest time until it finally reached a temperature where just the beer remained. At that point, there was solid chocolate ice cream vibes, and the walnut notes were bright and vivid without being green. Marshmallow never popped, but provided some balance.
