Out of the tap at Stereo Brewing on Dec 4 2020. About 1/2 finger of head. Lots of nice lacing. Clear and dark gold. A nice looking beer. The menu says this is made with Citra, NZ Moutere, and Mosaic. They are detectable if you get really close and take a strong inhale, but if I wasn't trying so hard to assess this beer for my records i probably would not notice much of the smell. Taste follows the nose. I like the mix of hops and they are balanced well with a hint of malt /toast. (Sorry, but I am not one of those guys who can tell you that there is a hint of peach peel taken from a slightly over-ripe fruit grown on the east side of a tree on a steep slope.) Nice mouthfeel with just the right carbonation. I like this one and might re-visit this one again, but I don't think it is one of the more stupendous examples of its type. I like 'em a little less subtle in the smell and taste, even though I thought they did a nice job with the hop flavors without too much bitterness.
