Sampled this one at the P.Nut, on tap and fresh.

This, my friends, is excellent. Easy drinking, touch of malt, lots of definition on the end. A touch of sticky hops brings it together.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a gorgeous orange with an inch or two of white head. Bubbles rising throughout. Looks very nice!

The nose is lemon bread, honey, slight caramel, and a nice earthy/floral note. Malty and moderately sweet. Very nice.

The taste is excellent. Crisp, dry, and refreshing is the best way to sum this up. Great balance of malts, sweet honey, floral, grass, wheat, orange, lemon, and an oaky bitterness on the back end. Excellent beer!

Light amount of white head. Very clear, medium light orange and amber appearance. Enjoyable, caramelized medium light toast malt and floral perfumed aroma and flavor.

Clear dark amber brew with a nice pile of foam in the Blanche de Chambly tall glass. Taste is malty with just a touch of sweetness. Hoppy note in the aroma, fresh alfalfa and green herbs. Spritzy and mellow on the tongue. Slight bitter edge in the aftertaste with a dark, resiny touch. So well balanced and delightful to drink. From the 32 oz jug filled at the brewery tasting room.

Pours beautifully, crystal crystal clear light shade of amber. Nice dense long lasting head just the slightest hint of brown to it. No lacing but great retention.

Aroma is very noticeably toasty; reminds me of freshly cut bread of of the oven; nice and malty and reminiscent of toffee.

Taste is same rich toasty bread, a nice little bit of spicy hops on the finish and a malty presence.

Mouthfeel is about perfect for me…this is light bodied but drinks nice and full. It’s is so so smooth and has such a gentle creamy carbonation. It finishes perfectly dry, just enough to notice it.

What a lovely beer. Solidly amber and crystal clear with a snow white head befitting a killer day on mt bachelor.
Nose of lightly toasty malt and noble, herbal, bitterness.
Taste is fabulous. Rich malt flavors of toasted white bread and rustic crust balanced by that same noble hop earthy/herbal bitterness.
Crisp and delicious, absolutely delightful delightful

500ml bottle served in a big snifter. I don't see a date on it. Bought it at Elizabeth Station a couple weeks ago.

Pours a rich, clear, coppery color with a big head. Head fades to a medium-thin layer, lots of active carbonation. Smell is mildly grassy, more grain and tiny bit of tea. Kind of a nice yeasty aroma to it.

Taste is nice. It's a great balance of a refreshing grassy bitterness and a perfect level of grainy sweetness. No real tea flavor, unless you want the call the barley tea that. There's also some pretty significant toffee notes.

Mouthfeel is light, crisp, clean, smooth. This beer is award winning for a reason. It's really good.

Bottle from Uptown Market.

A clear copper with a dense off white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is soft, creamy, toasty with butterscotch, lightly caramelized Vienna malt, creamed honey and even a touch of vanilla. Delicate but firm lemony hops are present. The palate opens mildly bitter and moderately sweet there's lemon, earth and a touch of grass to go with a wonderful malt note that calls to mind toasted wheat bread with a little butter and honey. Now, this isn't DMS, but instead, a nod in that flavor direction. Impossibly creamy on the palate, this beer is medium light in body and moderately carbonated. drying, mildly bitter, mildly fruity on the finish, this is quite excellent.

My first Vienna lager in some time now - not generally my favorite style, for some reason, but I always seem to enjoy them when I find one in my glass. This particular specimen is a lovely amber color demonstrating nice lacing and reasonable carbonation. Not much discernible in the smell, but I am having some sinus congestion issues so that's likely on me. The taste is quite pleasant - lightly nutty, sweet, toasty malts, and a bit of caramel. It's smooth and goes down pretty clean. Very drinkable - definitely worth a repeat, and highly recommended as paired with spicy food (enjoying some very hot salsa and chips). Excellent for the style!
