A clear light yellow with a dense white head that falls off rapidly leaving little lacing. The nose is intensely hoppy with loads of floral, spicy, moderately fruity and quite tropical. Mild coconut and dried watermelon like notes. The palate is dominated by the hops, intensely perfumey, herbal and riotous in tropical fruit. Watermelon candy. Drying, clean finish. Interesting, educational, but not as enjoyable as their classic offerings.
