12oz can served in a stemless rastal. Looks like it was canned 2025-09-03.
Pours dark black with a generous head and pretty long-lasting retention. Lots of carbonation, some light sneaking through in the thinner areas. Smell is coffee, toasted nuts, singed toffee, some bread and yeast.
Taste is sweet, lots of toffee, good roasty toasty notes without being charred. Dark bread, cooked molasses.
Mouthfeel is light, airy, crisp. This is a really nice beer.
