Inspired by my favorite Mexican proverb; "El que con lobos anda, a aullar se enseña" which translates to "those who live with wolves will learn to howl". Something we might hear more often as rambunctious kids has translated to my adult life as a professional brewer. Soundgrowler has changed me, made me better, taught me to howl; and the first step that I got to take into the wonderful culture here was the Mexican Lager. Let this maltier, sweeter version of that Mexican Lager stand as an ode to change, a monument to chosen family, a chorus of flavor for the midnight moon. There are worse things to be than with friends.
