Bottle: Poured a pale golden color ale with a nice large foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light oak and herbal notes is quite pleasant. Taste is a nice drinkable mix of tart notes with some herbal notes and light peppery spelt notes with subtle acidic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Ice sour with just enough complexity and good drinkability.

This one pours a very slightly hazy orange color, with a small fizzy head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells nicely sweet and citrusy, with a bit of floral funk, and a light acidity on the nose.
This seems to be a bit gin-inspired, but I get a ton of the juniper berries on the nose or in the actual taste. It is very citrusy, with a sweet and juicy funkiness, and some light sour grapefruit and orange. There's a touch of oak, and a very nice floral character as well. It's simple but very pleasant.
This is light bodied, crisp, and surprisingly clean tasting, with a good level of carbonation and drinkability.
This is a cool little brewery- I'm not sure their exact relationship to Hill Farmstead, but they definitely seem to be inspired by them.
