First offering from Wunderkammer. Tried blind side by side Hill Farmstead's Self Reliance: Cascade, which was pretty cool to do -- same hops (from the same farm in VT!), same ABV, and a shared brewer heritage. I liked this one quite a bit more. Bright, dry floral, dried lemon peel, hay, lightly biscuity malts, and a subtle Bretty funk that isn't too bitter. Supremely drinkable. Big fan
