Golden yellow, opalescent. Beautiful white foam.
Wild smell, but not too much. Interesting floral notes (goldenrod?). Honey present in the scent.
Very interesting taste, too. Light tartness, vegetal notes, yellow / floral.
Dry. Camomile. Floral. Light geranium.
Strange, but very interesting.
Grassy bitterness and honey in the aftertaste. Green apple.
Dry, drinkable, good!

Another great Wunderkammer offering. Although a bit dull and sudsy in the glass, there is a vibrant effervescence. Goldenrod comes through nicely in the aromas, alongside a light bretty funkiness, lemony wheat, and wildflower honey. Flavors have dried floral, biscuit, dried citrus peel, and a hint of hop bitterness and smoke. Super clean and refreshing. Wonderfully complex for the ABV

500 ml. bottle
Brewed May 2022
Bottled Oct. 2022
Delivered Sept. 2023.
Moderate pour yields a nearly one inch white over an ever so slightly, light golden body with lacing.
Nose of floral funk, slight honey, and even slighter licorice.
Taste is tart with honey coming forward making for a real nice sweet/sour experience and finishing fairly dry.
Very nice feel, as always, with medium carbonation.
Overall, another fine offering from Albany, VT.
Cheers!

Bottle purchased in Stowe.
Pours hazy straw gold with a massive head of dense white. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. Lemongrass, pineapple skins, wet hay in the nose. Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Lightly tart on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Lemon-lime, pear skins, hint of grapefruit. Finishes dry and quenching.

Appearance: Pours a slighlty hazy goldenstraw with a one finger head; soapy lacing drizzles
Smell: Yeasty phenols with an herbal aspect and a hint of honey
Taste: Yeasty bread flavors forward with an herbal element and a touch of tart pith; the finish has a hint of honey but the predominate flavor profile is herbal
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate carbonation
Overall: I view this as a table beer; not much to discuss but a pleasant drinker
