Had this from a can.
A: pours a hazy, golden body with a thick white head with nice retention and lacing.
S: sweet, floral citrus notes with some sweet malt undertones
T: sweet, grapefruit citrus notes that’s subtle; sweet, slightly earthy hop notes with sweet alcohol in the unfinished
M: medium bodied and pretty smooth
O: nice drinking beer; well balanced beer that tastes awesome.

Can to wine glass.
LOOK: Pulpy yellow pear nectar. Medium white Head; ok retention.
AROMA: tropical fruit, papaya, pineapple, raw grains,
TASTE: tropical fruit, papaya, pineapple up front with a small hint of hairspray. finish is off-putting with more hairspray, citrus, vegetable, barley/oatmeal.
FEEL: medium to full body, but drinks pretty light. below average carbonation.
Not bad, but sub-par for Icarus in my book. The Appearance and the Aroma get you more excited than you should be.

A couple notes to jot down prior to a full review. Scary drinkable at 9% but definitely lacks aroma and flavor for such a big and hoppy beer. I feel like this has a lot of potential, but needs tweaking to allow all of the hops to shine through more.
