Brewed with Cacao, Vanilla, and Marshmallows, Making Whoopie is reminiscent of the age-old baked goodie and a sweet treat with a full body and notes of milk chocolate, marshmallow, and vanilla cream.

Toasty but nearly no carbonation. Chocolate, vanilla and marshmallow tasting kinda S’mores like. Sweet.

Solid black appearance. Light carbonation with a just above average body. A bit of a thick creamy feel which adds up to an overall really nice feel.
Aroma is a really nice mix of chocolate, malt, coffee, dark bitter sour chocolate.
Taste is milk chocolate, dark chocolate, sweet chocolate candy, a very slight coffee bitterness.
Overall its a really well done delicious beer that works as a dessert beer but stands up on its own.

Canned 4/20 enjoyed 4/25.
Pours deep brown with nearly no head. Aroma is cacao with some very mild roasted notes. Flavor is excellent, chocolate, vanilla and a touch of marshmallow, very whoopie pie. Feel is decent, thick and coating. Nearly no carbonation. This is not a crushable beer, but one to be enjoyed slowly. Nice work Icarus.

On tap at Icarus.
Aroma is wonderful s'mores.
Simple flat feel. Not Complex, but very tasty with lots of chocolate and marshmallow.
