Little Grey One is a 5.2% Grisette created by Icarus Brewer Dave Menges. This Farmhouse Ale was brewed with Domestic 2 Row, Wheat and Grapefruit Zest, conditioned in Chardonnay barrels for up to eight months, and then re-fermented with fresh Grapefruit. The result is a delicate yet incredibly balanced ale that sings with Chardonnay and Citrus Zest notes on the nose. Grapefruit, Oak, and just a hint of dry funk float through a light and crisp body creating a uniquely refreshing experience for your palate.

Pours a dark golden color, appropriate foamy white head. Grassy and earthy mix with grapefruit and citrus aromas, very nice. Flavor is citrusy, lots of grapefruit, some earthiness. Carbonation adds to a creamy texture. Overall a delicious barrel aged Grisette.
