Perhaps the best creation of this brewery. Ginger tones are not overdone. Citrus and peppercorn aroma dominates with malt sweetness at the end. A perfect pairing with BBQ, okalahoma style.

Malt forward belgian saison with peppercorn and malt sweetness being the primary flavors. A little light for the style but highly drinkable. Not particularly funky or yeast dominate. Oklahoma summer and fall beer.
