Canned on 11/2/22; consumed on 12/1/22
Pours a turbid, milky gold body topped with a finger of creamy, eggshell-white foam; good head retention leaves a slim veil of cap, moderate, frothy collar, and solid spattering of webby/spotty lacing spread uniformly around the walls of the glass.
Aroma opens to waxy dank and boggy white grape, with grapefruit undertones soon ceding to underripe melon and shades of tangerine zest while notes of wet wheat contrast sweet guava through the close.
Taste highlights tangerine peel, musty passionfruit, and grapefruit upfront, with a wet moss accents feeding into swampy dankness and melon rind over the mid-palate; mango edges on the back end fade to slight sensations of sweet fruit parfait on the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a medium body and a rounded spritz of moderate carbonation, dissipating to creamy textures enlivened with an earthy prickle; a soft grit through the mid-palate peaks to a resinous juiciness while drying delicately through the finish.
Another plush, quality standard from Electric here, effectively levying an oat-laden, weighty hop profile with an underlying measure of diverse, fruit-forward subtext.
