Sometimes it’s a life of ponder and wonder; while other times it’s pure lethargy and malaise. I mean, this life, my eyes… One day I can look at one thing and be in awe, while the next day I’ll see the same image but feel more numb than a cavity before the dentist blows it away. I guess what I am trying to get at is here Raul is on another basic California day, but this difference is here I have this Electric StCoA alchemy with me - and it’s like walking into a party with Sara Sampaio on my side. Yeah, you better believe I’m feeling it. And I plan to until the last drop.
Peace.

Canned on 5/19/21; consumed on 6/24/21
Pours a turbid, milky pale golden body capped with multiple fingers of tautly-composed, fluffy, white foam; great head retention yields a half-finger of cap, an expansive, frothy collar, and array of webby/spotty lacing scattered around the walls of the glass.
Aroma offers a silky, ripe gooseberry into a conversely overripe papaya, a semi-dank clash upfront leading toward notes of lemon verbena as touches of hay accent a drier malt aspect on the middle; softer strawberry and lychee show a more saturated depth on the back end before clementine and weedy hop cream ease through the close.
Taste opens with wisps of peach and mango upfront, a semi-sweet foundation for mossy hops to build into papaya and creamy, dank resins over the mid-palate; grassy tones persist into touches of guava flesh and vinous white grape to finish.
Mouthfeel brings a medium body and moderate carbonation, a fluffy texture with a subtle hop prickle prevailing; a creamy mid-palate offers a brief respite before a juicy burst of deeper hoppy resins and a backing of grit come through via the the finish.
Intense hop saturation contributes a wild element maintained and wholly palatable through casual restraint while placing an undeniable commitment to a potent and varied profile at the forefront; an exceptional introduction to Electric's haze.
