Canned on 10/19/22; consumed on 11/20/22
Pours an opaque, dark orange body capped with three fingers of fluffy, eggshell-white foam; good head retention yields a slight finger of wavy cap, moderate, frothy collar, and chunky rings of webby, soapy lacing encircling the walls of the glass.
Aromas of peach resins waft to mango peel and fresh guava as citric grapefruit and orange peel mark a defined conduit to slight grassiness lingering subtly across the bouquet.
Taste opens to grapefruit sweetened with mango resins as ripe white grape coats the mid-palate and tinges of lime zest contrast a grassy bittering on the back end of the profile.
Mouthfeel brings a stiff medium body and a subtle, moderate-low carbonation; a delicate creaminess eases to a slick, resinous glide over the mid-palate into a back end subtly bitter before fading to an underlying juiciness on the close.
Easygoing resins cut booziness to a slick overlay masked in twangy citrus, a juicy coating carrying valance across the hop spectrum in effortlessly palatable TIPA form.
