On-tap at the brewpub. The chalkboard when I was there listed this as 6.8%, while the website currently calls it 5.9%. I'll go with what I was told in person.
A: Hazy pale amber body under a persistent, ultra-fine cap of off-white head. Nice.
S: Really good Saison aroma, with dry, spicy yeast dominating. Fruity esters, spicy phenols, and a solid floral quality. Enjoyable.
T: Really floral here, much more so than the nose, and also really fruity with solid spicy minerality. Clean, spicy finish. Awesome.
M: Medium-bodied with light, creamy carbonation. Great.
O: This was a winner. Some flower-infused beers can get too vegetal or oppressively perfumy, but this one was just a delicious, complex, well-balanced Saison. Highly recommended.
Cheers!
