Draught @ Brewpub: This one pours a hazy, dark golden color. There is a small white ring of foam around the edge. The nose is good, although a touch lighter. Some earthiness, faint juniper, cardamom and wheat. The taste is very good. Slightly peppery, spicy, wheat notes with a touch of tartness. Very smooth. Another keeper!

On-tap at the brewpub; listed as 7.3% on the chalkboard, while the website calls it 5.5%. Who knows?
Website description: "This unfiltered Saison is full of flavors from Lomik hops, Cardamom, juniper berries, lemon grass, and French Saison yeast."
A: Cloudy light orange body under a thin but sticky off-white head. Ok.
S: Super spicy, smooth, round, and generally terrific Saison aroma. Really fresh, vibrant, and balanced, with ginger really standing out.
T: Candied fruit and ginger spice. Straightforward and great.
M: Light-bodied and spiky. A bit too prickly.
O: I never would have guessed about all its crazy adjuncts, but I do know that this was a delicious, balanced, complex Saison. I'm starting to think Willibrew does Saisons even better than they do IPAs, but that might be heresy...
Cheers!
