On-tap at the brewpub.
A: Cloudy pale orange body under a fine cap of white foam that forms a ring. All right.
S: Fresh, pungent yeastiness. Huge phenols dominate, walking the line just short of medicinal. Some peppercorn and tropical fruitiness, too. Stellar.
T: Chalky minerality up front, followed by medicinal phenols, tangy fruitiness, and a hint of hop bitterness on the finish. Flavorful and great.
M: Lively, frothy medium body. A bit sticky for the style, but still pleasant.
O: Great Saison; I don't know whether it's particularly "summery" for the style, but it was delicious.
