Four pack of 16 ounce cans from the brewery. Canned May 28/24. Assume “dry-hopped” not “dip-hopped” as the can says.
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a finger of foamy white head.
Aroma is of grapefruit, grapefruit peel, lemon, and some floral hops.
Taste follows with pithy grapefruit juiciness, a little bit herbal and a bright grapefruit peel bitterness.
Crisp and sharp light mouthfeel with a lingering juicy grapefruit/citrus bitterness.
