Beau Rivage Bock is dark brown in color with not much of a head. Aroma is clean and only a light malt aroma is noted. The taste is of tasty dark malts. A chocolate flavor is noted, especially in the finish. This is pretty full-flavored and tasty, but the malt profile seems off for the bock style. Still, I recommend giving this beer a try.

The Beau Rivage Bock has a light red hue, with a faint aroma of malts, tough to pickup though. Thin bodied, some light malt and sharp caramel flavors are noted, but appears weak for the style. Somewhat watery finish, with a metallic feel on the palate. Slightly below average.
