Pours a hazy straw with a thin white head. Aroma is bright lemon, a touch of wheat, and some spice from the yeast. Slightly sweet flavor, with wheat and honey notes being predominant. This fades to an earthy and spice finish, with very little bitterness. A nice thirst quenching saison.
