Small Batch: Peppermint Mocha Patty

Pours golden-amber, largely clear with a four finger foam and good carbonation. The foam crests nicely into a nice mousse-like white that leaves large lacing behind. Aroma is one of toast, bright and a hint of peppermint. Taste is nicely sweet and not overly peppermint. There is creaminess with a bitter twang at the very end. Although only 4.9% ABV, tasting seems to hint larger, as if hitting above its' weight. A good effort.
