Poured a cloudy yellow body with one-finger head and lace ring down glass. Aroma contains a mild tartness yet yeast strain is noticeable as well. Light-bodied and easy drinking smooth, the beer balances a slightly sweet yeast strain (almost bubblegum) with a touch of mild tart/sourness for a minimalist yet enjoyable take on a saison.
