There is a stamp under the barcode on the label surrounding the can: "08/10/22"
Appearance: The beer pours with a beautiful shade of pinkish-purple which has hues of red in it. The body is nearly opaque, allowing only fuzzy shadows through the glass. The head is light purple with hints of pink and it is very frothy. The head has nice carbonation but there isn't much in the way of lacing. It looks beautiful.
Aroma: It smells of souring, rotting fruit and sulfur. There is a bit of peppercorn and some old dry cardboard. There is some carbon burn on the nose. It leaves a lot to be desired on the aroma.
Taste: It tastes meaty up front with a bit of clove. Towards the middle of the palate there is a bit of a neutral fruit flavor and then towards the back of the palate there is bandaid with more meaty characters.
Mouthfeel: The body is medium textured. The carbonation feels good. Drinkability is good with the exception of the flavors.
Overall: The label on the can says that it is a "WEISSBIER MADE WITH BLUEBERRIES AND APRICOTS" but it tastes very meaty and there is a lot of sulfur. The fruit is lost under the detracting flavors and aromas of the beer. I would recommend skipping it. I wouldn't buy it again.
