2023 Bronze at Brewers Cup of CA!
If orange juice was a hazy beer, this would be it. Hopped with Simcoe and Idaho 7, available on draft and in 4-packs.

Poured from a 16oz can
Apricot hue, somewhat murky, with a fluffy dome that rises 2 inches or so and retreats to a persistent half inch head that sticks in for the whole ride. Slight lacing.
Smell is light and fresh, mild citrus notes akin to orange or lemon blossoms coupled with a sweet oatmeal note.
Flavor brings more of the citrus and malt. Definitely lemon forward with hints of grapefruit. Mildly sweet grain comes in as well.
Mouthfeel is a tad on the heavy side for the style, but not far out of bounds. Carbonation is moderate throughout.
Overall, pretty good. The flavor came through more than the nose foreshadowed.

Medium haze on the dark amber brew. Handsome pile of foam in the big Duvel tulip. Mouthfeel is substantial with lots of malt, then the thick grainy adjunct mix to cloud the palate. Aroma of citrus. Flavor is hot orange peel with a dose of grapefruit to finish off the taste buds. Quite acidic in the back of the mouth.
Marginally drinkable and though interesting with all the fruit flavors, as with many current hazy brews. It's a little gunky and not something I want to drink again, not to mention the bitter aftertaste which is somehow more astringent than a west coast IPA. From the 16 oz can purchased off the warm shelves at the big box store.
