16oz can poured into an IPA nonic, Pours out with the appearance of hazy lemonade with a decent-sized off-white head. The nose is pretty floral and fruity and a bit zingy/zesty, with notes of green mango and pineapple, orange and other green fruit. A bit snappy, which I appreciate, with a present bitterness and dryness. A good NEIPA.

Can from brewery courtesy of frijoless.
Very hazy pale gold with a nice white head that stays for a while.
Fruity smell, I would say orange and pineapple.
Taste does not follow the nose. Hoppy and slightly bitter with that bite in the finish.
This is not me.

From The Growling in San Marcos. What a "crushable" beer! Grapefruit juice in appearance. Aroma and taste are citrus. Mouthfeel not quite as soft/pillowy as per the style. But darn, it goes down so easily...dangerously! Wow! Crushable. UPDATE: Something happened to this beer over the course of a week; it has lost its mouthfeel (and haziness, too). Inconsistency noted by earlier reviewer. Big bummer.

I've had this several times and each time it was different. I believe I had the second batch which was released in crowlers. It was turbid with the classic new England look. Aroma was more subtle than other NE IPAs I've had and the mouthfeel while soft was not quite the same. I had this a few weeks after and the turbid look had disappeared and the hops were even more muted. I'm guessing they're still honing in on their recipe. This review was based on the first version I had.
