L-Pours a pretty much black bodied beer with maybe the slightest tinge of brown. A thin, lacy headed beer in nature. Creamy dark tan top. Some fizzy abstract art in the middle.
S-Sweet peanut butter, vanilla bean, & milk chocolate. A solid notable aroma of Reeses cup for sure.
T-Sugary sweet, peanut butter, some chocolate and vanilla notes as well. Bitterness, and some booze on the end.
F-Low carbonation.
O-A bit meh in my opinion. I just traveled and visited weathered souls and loved each beer I had while visiting, but I'm not a big fan of this one. Sad I did a shot in the dark selection. It doesn't have much depth in my opinion.
I'm not hating on this beer. It's decently made and has some enjoyable things to it. In my humble opinion it's just too sweet without any payoff. Sure there is some quality in the peanut butter and chocolate flavor, but the bitter and boozeyness at then end result in an overall bittersweet (literally) finish.
I can't wait to try beers from this brewery again, because they are great, but this is a miss in my opinion.
