Look: It pours black with a very dark brown head. head retention is good.
Smell: It has a deep rich coffee aroma with roast. There are some dark chocolate and biscuit notes in the background and a touch of vanilla.
Taste: It has strong rich dark coffee flavor with roast. There is a surprising sweetness to it. There are some dark chocolate notes with dark fruits in the background.
Feel: It has a full body, but not quite on the chewy side. There is bitterness, but it is off set by a bit of sweetness in the finish.
Overall, a nice combination of flavors and aromas overall. It definitely has a different coffee taste than many other beers in its class.

Had a 13 oz serving at ChurchKey DC 11-4-22 for $15.00.
Beer was served black as night with a very nice brown head.
Nose was wonderful, heavy roasted coffee beans were so wonderful.
Taste was very nice with a large malt base that gave off notes of chocolate and enhanced very nicely with fresh coffee beans. Finished very balanced with a nice coffee kick.
Mouthfeel was medium bodied and very smooth.
Overall a really nice coffee stout, reminds me of Speedway Stout with more coffee. Glad i was able to try a WSBC brew finally!

on draft, served in snifter glass
jet black in color, thin tan head that fades. Tons of espresso aroma and flavor. Roasty, dark chocolate. Dark fruits, but no sweetness. Thick and smooth
