L: Pours a bright lemon yellow with hints of orange and no head or lacing on the glass.
S: Starts of lots of sour, a slightly tart wheat note followed by notes of graham cracker and light lime.
T: Tart lime and a lighter note of sour mixes with graham cracker pie crust and other notes of sour, pleasant and enjoyable.
F: lower carb for the style but smooth and easy drinking.
O: A very pleasant and enjoyable berliner weisse.
