Bought a can of this beer at the brewery. Poured it into a tulip glass. Oily black color with a fantastic initial brown head that faded into almost nothing. Smell of a dark chocolate marshmallow pastry. This follows to the taste along with a slightly acidic aftertaste, maybe from the bananas? Some vanilla and coconut as well. Seemed a bit thin as well. Alright for a big stout, but a bit off for me.
