Well, I haven't had anything spectacular from these guys, but in this evening of swill, this is ok i guess. Pours a gold body topped with a short live white head. Aroma is metal, chemical, corn and yeast. taste is hoppy corny sugar water. Strange. Funnily enough, it isn't strong, and you can't taste the alcohol. But It donesn't matter, I wont be drinking it again. Grainy sweet finish that is unbalanced.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellowlager with a goiod size foamy head with minimal retention and no lacing. Aroma consists of loads of adjunct. Taste is also dominated by adjunct with some gross sweetness and some alcohol ester. This is worse then I had anticipated - beer to get drunk cheaply to I guess.

A: Rich, clear golden color with a smaller head of white foam that quickly bubbles away. Minor notes of lacing, and a lower level of carbonation.
S: Strong notes of fusel alcohol and fermented grain. Hints of hops are quickly overpowered. Smells like stinky macro swill.
T: Mild corn and malt flavors develope into a medium boozy flavor with a clean watery finish. Quite bland. No hops are noted.
M: Somewhat flat and boring. Otherwise, it's slightly smooth and crisp, but does have a hint of a "coating" feeling on the palate.
D: Not terrible, but not that good either. A mediocre brew.
Notes: Thanks goes to biegaman for the sample.

Lakeport Strong poured straw gold in colour with a fair sized white head. Aroma was slightly bready, but more fruity and a bit phenolic. Fruity in flavor, apple being noticable, but was also medicinal. Medium-light bodied with fairly high carbonation and a dry finish.
Well I can't say this was flavorless, but the flavors of this beer were not all pleasant. It wasn't malt liquor nasty, it just wasn't good.

Looks good, but otherwise an uninspiring beer reminiscent of good old malt liquor.
Gold with a moderate head that settles to a thin film, spotty lace early on.
Nose is malts and alcohol, but not particularly prominent. Malty and somewhat dry. Harsh on the palate. Nothing lingers.
Too plain.

The appearance of this beer is its strong point...how sad..
Pours a deep golden colour and very clear with ample carbonation..
The head is approximately 2 fingers and disapates to large island lace with heavy glass cling and ring..
The taste is malty..and it does seem to improve with each sip, but not enough to improve its grade..at least yet.
Seems dry..Has some character, but limited.
